  1. Your school bus is repeatedly late or repeatedly does not show up.
  2. You are having problems with your child’s current school bus.
  3. You want to file a complaint against a school bus staff member.
  4. You want to know your child’s bus route information.
  5. You need to request busing for your child or change your child’s current busing.
  6. You have a question about student MetroCards.
  7. You need help with accommodations.
  8. Your child has a disability, and you must arrange busing on their IEP or 504 Plan.

Let the Bus Company know if:

  1. Your child’s school bus is late.
  2. Your child’s school bus did not arrive today.
  3. You’re unsure about your child’s pick-up/drop-off times.

Let the Office of Pupil Transportation (OPT) if:

  1. You want to submit a complaint against a bus company.
  2. You want to report a safety concern about a school bus.
  3. You need help with an emergency involving a school bus.
  4. You want to report an accident involving a school bus.
